A visual with a background commentary and music at certain pitch and wavelength can invoke a variety of emotions. These means you have be consistently used by the worst dictators to subdue their citizens.
Today consciously and unconsciously we are allowing a lot of negativity creep into our minds, resulting into Emotional Issues.
The last few months have been horrendous in that sense, with Electronic Media with its Selective Reporting has caused more anguish than awareness.
Now to add to all these was the Cacophony On WhatsApp every next friend and relative was adding to the excess information overflow into your brain.
At some point one must have realized the fact.... if not it's high time you did itπ
Over the last 2+ months I have been vocal with all to stop posting and re posting any negative news. Even to my best friend and chaddi buddyπ
From my side I have implemented these.... 10 things
1. I have maintained my routine at all times. With zero deviation... my energy levels aren't fluctuating.
2. My work out, recovery and meditation has notched upward.
3. There's more focus on right nutrition. As it is I prefer normal basic diet. Keeping away processed foods.
4. I have muted all notifications on my mobile since mid April. Only the call notification is on. I catch up only after a couple of hours.
5. I watch just one news in the day. I read only selective news on the active feeds on Google News feed. Best is... its tuned to my preferences π next best I never post negative news unless its absolutely necessary information.
6. I have done a dozen plus new skills training.
7. My reading has gone up. Mind you, my reading are only restricted to... new learning's.
8. Made a very conscious effort to find time for just doing nothing even if it was as less as 15 minutes.
9. Connected in a meaningful way with my family, friends and clients.
10. Most importantly I have built a huge list of Gratitude for all those beautiful things that have happened in my life.
Trust me there was no space left for Negativity to creep. I am aware of the situation around. Yet I aren't turning a blind eye to it.
We/I in our/my best way can help people round us/me..... our offices helps, our maids and domestic helps his/her family, the people who we are in touch for other services paying them in full even if they were unable to work during these times, small vendors by patronizing them and not bargaining... so much good is possible within our own preview....π
Time to being Positive and look forward to beautiful times ....
